FORGE
Forge is the first step in Operation Mordecai’s training pipeline—a 3-day immersive experience designed to prepare you for high-risk mission work. Set in the rugged outdoors, this intensive course introduces you to basic survival, security, trauma medical, spiritual warfare, and team-building under pressure. Through biblical devotionals, hands-on challenges, and physical endurance, you’ll begin shaping the mindset and resilience needed for global gospel advance. Forge is a prerequisite for our advanced Refine course, laying the spiritual and practical foundation for deeper training and the mission ahead. The call to serve starts here—are you ready?
REFINE
The three-week Refine course is the next step after Forge, taking you from foundational training into an intense, immersive experience led by seasoned military and missions professionals. Building on your initial growth in physical endurance, spiritual strength, and mission mindset, Refine equips you with advanced survival, medical, and security skills through hands-on instruction and real-world simulations. This isn’t just training—it’s transformation. You’ll be challenged mentally, physically, and spiritually to prepare for deployment into the world’s toughest environments, fully equipped to carry the gospel where few are willing to go.
Mobilize
Mobilize is the final and most powerful step in the Operation Mordecai journey. After completing Forge and Refine, this phase takes you into real mission fields—where faith is tested, danger is real, and the gospel is desperately needed. You’ll deploy alongside seasoned leaders into spiritually dark, high-risk areas around the world, using your training in survival, security, and ministry to serve local believers, share the truth of Christ, and bring hope to the unreached. This is the culmination of your preparation—a chance to live the mission, not just train for it.
For many, Mobilize is just the beginning. Your experience on the field could open doors to full-time missionary service, deeper partnerships with Operation Mordecai, or becoming a missional force within your home church. Whether God calls you to go further or to send and support others, you’ll carry the mission forward—equipped, transformed, and ready to multiply impact wherever He leads.
