Operation Mordecai deploys teams into spiritually hostile, high-risk regions where the gospel is needed most—places others often can’t or won’t go. Because of our extensive military, security, and missions backgrounds, we’re able to reach places few others can or will.
We don’t go alone—we take with us men and women who have completed our missions training, whether or not they have missions, security or military backgrounds.
2 Thessalonians 3:1-2 says, “Finally, brethren, pray for us, that the word of the Lord may have free course, and be glorified, even as it is with you: And that we may be delivered from unreasonable and wicked men: for all men have not faith.” These verses capture the essence of our mission. Over 3.34 billion people—42.5% of the world’s population—have never heard the gospel. This is not because they’ve rejected it, but because they’ve never even been given the chance to hear. Many of them live in remote and dangerous regions, inaccessible to traditional missionary efforts. The need is urgent, and it is a call to action.
The regions we work in are often dangerous and difficult, due to political instability, hostile environments, or treacherous terrain. It is in these areas that the need for the gospel is the greatest. While much of the world has access to Christ’s message, countless others are left without hope—without even the opportunity to hear His name. Deploying requires bold faith and deep commitment. Just as the Apostle Paul prayed for protection from those who oppose the gospel, we too seek your prayers as we deploy with the gospel. Though opposition may come, we are steadfast, knowing God will prevail.
For the safety of our partners, local believers, and Operation Mordecai team members, we do not publicly disclose the specific countries or regions where we operate. Many of our deployments take place in areas that are hostile to the gospel, where public exposure could jeopardize the mission or endanger lives. Despite the need for discretion, each mission is highly intentional and prayerfully planned. We work closely with trusted partners on the ground to ensure that every effort is strategic, effective, and focused on advancing the Kingdom. Our commitment remains clear: to take the light of Christ to the frontlines—where the gospel is least known and the cost is often greatest.
Reaching the unreached is not just the job of a few—it’s a calling for the entire Church. We invite you to join us in this mission. Your support, prayers, and partnership are crucial as we venture into these challenging regions, bringing hope to the hopeless. The world is waiting for the gospel, and together, we can make sure it reaches them. Will you answer the call?
“Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.” Matthew 28:19-20
Read powerful testimonies of how God moved in and through ordinary people during their mission trips and deployments—lives were changed, hearts were healed, and the gospel was boldly advanced. This could be your story too.
