The Jael Women’s Self-Defense course is a bold response to real threats women face today. With expert instruction and biblical purpose, this training empowers women and teen girls to be vigilant, confident, and capable—spiritually and physically prepared to protect themselves and others.

Cost: Because we are deeply committed to equipping women with the tools they need for safety and confidence, we offer this training at no cost. Our goal is to make this vital instruction accessible to as many as possible. While similar courses can cost upwards of $500 per person, we believe every woman should have the opportunity to be prepared—regardless of finances.
